Ron Del Gaudio
After earning his bachelor's degree in pharmacy from the Arnold & Marie Schwartz College
of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Ron Del Gaudio began his career as a pharmacist. Soon thereafter, he joined the independent drugstore chain, Kings Pharmacy. Today, after rising through the ranks,
he is the company's president and owner.
With a steadfast reputation for superb professional support and technical expertise, he operates two pharmacies in Brooklyn and one in
Manhattan that provide daily hypertension screenings, ADA recognized diabetes education and other classes, as well as patient compliance programs and IV home infusion services.
Mr. Del Gaudio and Kings Pharmacy were honored in November 2011 with a Health Mart Diabetes Care Excellence Award for going above and beyond the call of duty to provide exemplary education. Kings Pharmacy has an extensive compounding specialty, where skilled pharmacists work closely with physicians to customize
prescriptions and to provide more effective treatment and preventive care for patients with a broad range of health-related conditions. Their success with infertility, allergy, HIV and hormone replacement therapy
drugs is known and recognized throughout the region.
In addition to his professional obligations, Mr. Del Gaudio gives generously of his time to a variety of health-related causes. He is a longtime board
member and the current president of the Brooklyn-Queens chapter of the JDRF, and was honored by them in 2004. Also active on behalf of his profession, Mr. Del Gaudio is a member of the board of the Pharmacists Society of the State of New York (PSSNY) and is a regional representative for the New York City Pharmacists Society (NYCPS). His outstanding professional achievements have been recognized by the
National Federation of Italian-American Societies, which honored him as a distinguished member in 2001.

Leonard Chiarello Mr. Chiarello was educated at
Long Island University's, Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of
Pharmacy and has been a member of the Kings family for over 30
years. His current role as Director of Pharmacy Operations requires
him to manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including all
specialty divisions, such as, Transplant, IVF, Dialysis, HIV,
and Hepatitis C. Lenny is an expert at all third party billings and
has extensive knowledge of all insurance companies, whether private
insurance, Medicaid or Medicare. His accreditations include PCCA
Compounding Techniques, NIPCO accredited Arthritis Care, and NIPCO
accredited Community Aging, Assisted Living and Long-Term Care.

Sweta Chawla, PharmD, MS, CDE
Dr. Sweta Chawla, an assistant professor of pharmacy
practice at Long Island University's Arnold & Marie Schwartz
College of Pharmacy joined the faculty there in 2002. She attended
Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science where she earned a B.S.
in Pharmacy and a Pharm.D. After graduation, she completed a one-year
community pharmacy residency at Banks Apothecary in Philadelphia where
she had affiliations with USP, Albert Einstein Medical Center, and Temple
University Hospital. During the residency, she specialized in diabetes,
HIV and hepatitis. She continues to implement disease state management
programs here at Kings Pharmacy, where she is the director of the
community pharmacy residency program. She also precepts three sixth-year
Pharm.D. students from LIU every month. In addition, she recently
graduated with an M.S. in pharmaceutical marketing from Long Island
University and has received board certification as a diabetes.

Mary Ellen Figueroa
Mary Ellen Figueroa, RN Kings Pharmacy 24-hour infertility nurse specializes in
reproductive endocrinology. She graduated as the valedictorian from Long Island College Hospital School of Nursing.
She worked at Long Island College Hospital as a volunteer sexual assault and domestic violence counselor before she
became certified as a sexual assault examiner through Jamaica Hospital School of Nursing. She has worked at Long
Island College Hospital as a nurse in the OB/GYN specialty with a subspecialty in oncology and URO/GYN and as a
crisis center volunteer after the September 11th tragedy. There, she educated infertility patients on the
self-administration of medications. Currently, Mary Ellen works as the on-call nurse for Reproductive Specialists
of New York and Kings Pharmacy. She answers calls from patients who have questions about their medications at any
time of the day. She is a valuable asset to the Kings Pharmacy patient community.

Marvin Frankel, MS RPh
Marvin Frankel, received a BS in Pharmacy in 1976 from St. John's University, and followed up his
studies to receive an MS in Institutional Pharmacy Practice in 1979. Upon receiving his pharmaceutical license,
Marvin worked at the Manhattan VA Hospital in a decentralized pharmacy setting and an outpatient Hematology-Oncology Clinic through 1981.
He continued for ten years in the field of Hematology-Oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center working in the
Pediatric Institute. Following his ten-year span at Sloan-Kettering, the next thirteen years Marvin worked as Pharmacy Manager in
Home Infusion companies including VNS and Mt Sinai Hospital Home Care. Since 2002 Marvin has been Pharmacy Manager for the
Hematology Oncology Associates of Brooklyn and continues to work as a part time pharmacist and as a consultant
at Kings Park Slope Pharmacy.

Christina Tarantola, Pharm. D.
Christina Tarantola, Pharm. D. is a May 2012 graduate from St. John's University
College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. As the Community Pharmacy Resident, she
is responsible for counseling patients on disease state management, providing
Diabetes Education classes, Hepatitis C education and support programs, along
with administering immunizations and preparing sterile compounds. She is also
responsible for precepting pharmacy students from the Arnold and Marie Schwartz
College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at LIU. She brings with her a strong
sense of spirit, enthusiasm, and positive attitude as she looks forward to her
experience in implementing a Smoking Cessation program at Kings Pharmacy.

Gennady Levin
Gennady Levin graduated from Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and Health
Sciences in July of 1998 as Cam Laude member. He has over 15 years of experience working
in a community pharmacy. He deals daily with transplant, IVF, hepatitis and HIV patients.
He has extensive experience in sterile and non sterile compounding. He manages clean room operations.
Mr. Levin is a preceptor of residents from Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Dmitry Vagman, RPh
Dmitry Vagman, RPh, graduated from Arnold and Marie Schwarts College of Pharmacy
in 1996. He has 15 years of retail pharmacy experience. For the past 6 years,
Mr. Vagman has been responsible for IV admixture services, preparation of
chemotherapeutic agents and human/ veterinary compounding at Kings Pharmacy.
He has been a preceptor of students and residents.

Vaughn Hilburn Pharm.D
Vaughn Hilburn Pharm.D. graduated from the University of Southern California in 1983.
He has an extensive and varied career in pharmacy including retail, long term care,
and home infusion with emphasis on clean room technology. He assisted in organizing
a clean room that eventually compounded intravenous solutions for home infusion patients
at Apria Homecare for all of California. Also in California, he worked as a temporary pharmacist,
traveling as needed throughout the state from mountains to desert to sea. Vaughn is licensed to
practice pharmacy in New Jersey and New York. Currently at Kings Pharmacy he is part of the team,
helping to establish an IV compounding program in New York.

Jason Nestor
Vice President of National Sales, brings over 33 years of comprehensive pharmaceutical
experience in sales, marketing, and executive management to Kings Pharmacy. Jason has
specialized in taking start up and smaller companies, distribution networks, management
development, training, and building high performance teams. Jason received his under
graduate degree from CUNY (Lehman), and did his graduate work in Clinical Social Psychology
at Texas A&M University. Jason did not pursue a career in psychology, but instead started in
the pharmaceutical industry in 1978 (Reed and Carnrick). As a sales representative, he won
numerous sales awards and contests and was the number 1 sales representative in 1980. From
there he worked for GD Searle (Cardiology and Women's Health) in the Houston Texas Medical
Center, and joined Serono (Fertility) as the first sales representative hired in the United
States in 1982. Jason held many sales and management positions with Serono (Fertility and
Growth Hormone), as he was a District Manager, Regional Manager (East, Regional Director(West),
and President of an international division (Serono Canada). Jason joined Ferring (Fertility) as
their Executive Director of Sales in 1997, and led the Sales organization to unprecedented growth,
distribution and market acceptance in the face of strong competition in the Fertility market place.
Jason has held positions as Vice President of Sales for Gene Security Network (microarray snp technology for PGD),
President of Viral Testing Systems (confirmatory test for HIV), and President and COO for Validus Pharmaceuticals (nephrology).
Jason's fertility experience (almost 30 years), his knowledge of the sales management/distribution process, his ability to
consistently reach and surpass company profit objectives, and his experience with many different therapeutic areas,
has made him a very valuable addition to the Kings Pharmacy sales team.
